May all your New Years wishes come true , PJ. (Except for smaller speedos)

Arillas today sits on a comfortable 16 deg outside but rain is on the cards again.
According to Wegg , who records all weather changes, this is the wettest December for 8 years. I can give rain details and a report should anyone show further interested. But , take it from me , an overflowing rain guage, in the morning is no fun at all!! - More fun than this boring lockdown though!

I wish y'all a good 2021.

Cheers

Happy New Year to you all and let's hope 2021 will see more of us returning healthy to Arillas 8)
Life is good ;)

Always  good to hear from you guys!!

Overnight rain, here again , plus a side salad of thunder and lightning, put another 18mm in the rain guage.
It has been the driest November for 11 years but also the wettest December. 138mm over the month.
(Not good if you want to releive lockdown boredom by working outside)
There is a rumour abound that lockdown rules may continue until March. - I hope it's just  bad rumour.!!

Meanwhile...... thanks to Brexit , we have many papers to obtain and many forms to fill. It is a minefield at the moment. - I fear all in the UK will feel Brexit very much harder than was, possibly, thought. That added to lockdown is a headache for all.

So, Arillas today looks forward to a new year and hopefully a good one. Much catch up work will be needed to welcome all you folk , by May onwards.
Cheers

But we carry on and follow the rules and save money by not venturing out.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than  to speak up and remove all doubt.

A Scotsman v a Welsh man in darts final - oh dear must be a mistake !!!

Eggy

Yianis,
I watched the semi-finals this morning. Good news is I bet both Anderson and Price to get to the final, so that's two wins and I backed them both to win the final , so another win awaits.
- I can now sit back and enjoy this without "financial" pressure.
So ,not only happy with that but also enjoying an 18deg dry day. (After overnight rain, for a change)
and.... if all goes to plan , some lockdown restrictions may be lifted from 10th Jan.
Cheers

Rumour has it that, during the breaks between sets, Gary Anderson goes off for a wee (dram) and Gerwyn Price desperately needs a leek!!
Hard to call the final result but think it could be 7-4. - (No more bets for me though)

Arillas today closes with a dry 14 deg.
Cheers

A damp, cold and wet Arillas today, guys. - A manky 11deg.
(Should have taken the camera. Next time I sneak to Arillas I will have it with me.)

Running out of jobs , to do , around the house and darts is finished. - A spot of horse racing on the cards.
(Either that or clean the lightbulbs again)

Cheers
