Good afternoon Eggy and all. Just to make you feel better[ only 12deg] it is thick in snow here in Leeds temp is about 1c
and still plenty of the white stuff to come.
What is the general feeling in Arilas re the possible easing of the covid restrictions. we cannot have another year without a visit. They will be putting me and Evie in a dark room soon.
Take care .

Well Guys ,
Snow is not welcome here and 1deg is a definite "No-No"
We have had the wettest November/December for over 10 years and now hoping for a better January.
A dry day , today and temps around 16deg. Hoping to get some outside work completed avrio.

I am full of praise for all Arillas Taverna/Hotel/Restaurant owners etc as they continue to prepare thier premises for an onslaught of guests from end April. On my limited visits to Arillas I see work going on at various places. It's a "never say die" attitude for all these guys. - They are ready if you are ready.
Think of the film "Field of Dreams" - "If you build it , they will come"
Stay well , Peter and Evie and all

Arillas today brings bad news that UK friends of ours have had their Easyjet flights cancelled.
Due to come over end of May-We hope that is not the shape of things to come?
But.... I fear lockdown, here, will be in force until the end of February, at least.

Weather wise ? - One of the best days we have had for quite a long while. Still 18deg outside at 7pm.

Hi
I was told today by someone that Greece will not be letting anyone in if they have not had the vaccine? Has anyone else heard that? If that is the case we wont be there this summer as not due to have ours til about august.

Eggy

Ness - Haven't heard that , so far.
This is the latest link from the "Greek to English" newspaper.

Meanwhile Arillas/Kavaddades will make the most of a dry 16deg, today, and not looking forward to the end of week weather report which states "Expect a cold 2/3 deg for a while".

Cheers
