Hi
I am not optimistic about flying from anywhere in June

Geoff
It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than  to speak up and remove all doubt.

Well Geoff let's be optimistic and hope June does go ahead, we didn't think we was getting to arillas last year but thankfully changed dates from June to July and had a fabulous time
Fingers crossed everyone

Hi Viv
I got the month wrong. - Twas June and was to fly from Newcastle.
and....we must be optimistic, as Kevin G, says.
(But I don't think Wegg will get her April flight, to the UK)

Poor Wendy, I havent seen my family since March and feel really rotten about it. Goodness knows how our Weggy must feel. Give her our love, and tell her we will have our meal with you when we get there. XX

Thanks for your wishes , Viv. - We all keep fingers, and all that crossed.

At the risk of a 500e fine I sneaked into "Arillas Today" for a reminder of the beach.

and..... honest Guv , this was at 12:30 pm.

Temp is around 6deg and chilly , for us oldies. (I know you have it colder, in the UK, but we are spoilt here)
Many shops open , from today , but we only have a 2 hour corridoor to play with.
(Out longer than 2 hours , for shopping etc , and you could be in trouble)
Cheers

Nice to hear from you and I will do my best.

3deg , this morning , rising to 13 deg, at 5pm , and then a drop down to 9deg within 90 minutes.
Rain could be back , by the weekend. - Happy Days!!
Covid tests being offered , in Sidari , tomorrow. - They are free so I might have 2 !!

Cheers

Today was a definite "non day" for me. - Overnight rain dashed any chance of outside work and we currently sit with an outside temp of 13 deg. - My ass has been superglued to the sofa , all day. - TV eyes and all that!
But I have to remember that this is a walk in the park compared to the UK.  Floods, bad weather, added to the boredom of isolation. We should, and must, be thankful for what we have.
Be Well

Well said Neil l am ready to explode and they say it could be six months more say hi to Wendy

Ann K

Just been watching a brave soul take a swim on the webcam.  Sunny but cold here in Norfolk.  Still no mixing, except the cocktails, and no stirring off the sofa.  But still here and alive - so thankful.  Best wishes to all.

Really cold and frosty here in Hornsea but walking dog along beach this morning there were still 6 lads in swimming made me shiver just watching them.

Sitting on 15deg and mild, today. - Still waiting for the land to dry out , enough , to get some "spadework" done. But when you think it's nearly ready.... it rains again.
Still.......... I have the darts , ITV4 , to keep me outa trouble.
