Hi Riggers
Martin is quite right - Julia & I are on it too.  If you look at the yellow bar at the top of this page you will see a tab marked 'CALENDAR' 3rd from right.  That lets you put your details on for 2010.
Best wishes
Pat

Hi Patricjohn,
Thank you for your advice on how to find the calender.
I had quite a bit of a struggle finding it, too!
Still don't know when I come back, can't book a flight until
after new year, but it will probably be mid-May or mid-June.
Best regards Connie.

Glad to help, Connie.  Do hope you get fixed up for a holiday in Arillas.  I know that Corfu is great in the spring and early summer.  The wild flowers are at their best and the countryside is absolutely wonderful.
Remember one year driving to Paleocastritsa and the yellow broom being in flower, with bees in their element, and the wonderful scents of the flowers wafting over the road.
Unfortunately Julia and I now avoid May as the olive trees are giving off thier pollen and Julia finds it sets off her asthma, so we book for September now, but still have a great time.
Riggers - Yep - I know Terry does one too, so lets hope he soon gets us a shortcut fixed up so we can all fill it in.  By the way - how are thing in Glossop?
Best wishes to all forum followers

Thanks for that Riggers.  We've had a bit of sun this afternoon in Lincolnshire.  Went out for an icecream and had a 'Lancaster Bomber' - vanilla and choc icecream with little round malteser balls hidden in the choc waffle cone - wonderful.  We live just up the road from Scampton, where the Dambusters flew, so like to enjoy these special icecreams.

Sounds great to me PJ. Love maltesers... As I kid I used to eat a whole box, go and throw up then eat another one. Horrible child...

riggers mate, Glossop has had its share this year but we've had some too. Mind you we haven't had snow... But then erja has overtaken me in the booze stakes - she really has organised a p**s up in a brewery in Prague. We so should have been there with her, shouldn't we?  Bet that would have suited yous...... Maybe one day we'll organise a riggers/erja/Phil/Jen p**s up in the Nut.

Connie luvver, justloving your posts on the forum. Keep them going, you only say everything we want to hear and we know how much you love our special place.

It's all over now though. Back from the pub,  Jen is playing White Christmas by Bing Crosby on YouTube. Tinsel, mince pies, turkey... Far too early. Dancing round the living room follows. Speak to yous later.

Phil

Hi Justlyn, Phil and everyone else,
Thanks for your advice and kind comments.
I've become quite an addict to the Forum
and get so much information from there.
My computer is my main contact to the outside world
during the winter:
Greetings from another cold and rainy day in Denmark!!

Hi
Connie - have only been to Denmark in the summertime.  Had great holidays, but thought the countryside and beaches were very much like home in Lincolnshire.  Jutland coast is much like the coastline between Skegness and Cleethorpes with wonderful golden sands, but a cool north sea.
We have a cold north wind here in Lincolnshire at the moment and about 3 degrees so expect you are having much the same.
Best wishes and keep dreaming about trips to Arillas

Hi Patrickjohn,
Yes, I believe we have about the same climate as you do.
I live in a Village north of Copenhagen and todays weather-
forecast says 7 degrees in this area. But we were down to
3 degrees as well last week.
Last winter we only had 2-3 days of snow, and it seemed to
have become so unusual I rushed to my balcony with my
camera to take photos of my neighbours children playing!!
Best regards Connie. Denmark

Welcome to the forum DavenFrances.  Know you'll be happy at the Marina again especially now they have their own swimming pool.  Julia & I often go there for our evening meal and its always good
May bump into you as we will arrive at the Kaloudis on 13th September.

Best wishes
