Arillas YESTERDAY - A bit grim , rain most of the day and a reminder that North Corfu, as a whole, will be taking it easy for a while.

Arillas today? - Maybe a little taster for the Winter, in that, we can still get these little reminders of what to look forward to in the summer.
A warm breeze and the temp is around 22 deg at 6 pm.

This was the beach at 2:30 this afternoon.

.

.

Graham and Julie were the only people I bumped into, nipping into Thallasa for a drink.
They make their way home tomorrow evening.

Malibu looks closed now as does Portofino and Helens Creperie. The euro exchange is now a very poor e 1.22. - Hope it picks up soon ( As do we all ! )
Coconut will be open tomorrow evening for a last night bash with a little BBQ as well, so may be a good place to be.
Brouklis's last night is tomorrow as well.

All sounds a little sad , does it not? - Not meant to be.

Have a good night all.
Negg

i lied John

It wasn't Jack Daniels it was "Shivvers Reagle"
( Had to say Jack Daniels as I can't spell Chivas Regal )

Wotta nice evening and, even now, after a small shower, it's 21 deg outside.

Said goodbye tonite to Graham and Julie. They may be the last Arillas visitors to leave.
( Back in May 2009 though )
Cheers

justphil justback from the pub can't resist posting here.

Sandy, in my head I did set off - Jen and me would LOVE to come with you. Very biblical - the last supper is fine but the last drink??? I think not!

Dave - we will be in the Nut... Hope to see you and Anne again next year

riggers - chivas regal is really nice but not Irish enough for me. Try Black Bush. The jokes do not need to be mentioned here...

erja luvver - we have a date with a Greek salad in Thalassa next summer, then a blitz in the Nut. Up for it?

Eggy - thanks from the heart. A little bit envious knowing you are sat at Brouklis drinking Dimitris' Chivas Regal. Should be me.... Give him, Litsa and bebis our unending love. He has six months to work out his next insult to me.... Bet it will be a good one. Can't wait!

Have only followed those who posted on this thread - not intentionally leaving anyone out cos we thank you all for your company in 2008.

Phil
BTW it is shivers shivers here. No regal about it, it is b****y cold.
