Hi, Sara.  Thanks for all the photos-they`ve really cheered me up.  Only five months til I see it for real. You must be very proud of your achievement in having your own place.  I must have a `nose` when I`m there!

You`ve done what many of us would like to do, but never say never.....who knows, one day I might do the same?

Paul mate, my nose will not be far behind. Villa Theia is beautiful. And once you're there you would never leave. JohntheRef and Dot drove us past it last summer and I was gobsmacked at what I realised the view over Gravia would be. And now our Sara's photos have confirmed my worst fears. It IS.

Fears? I just knew how green I would turn. Would I admit to my jealousy? Never. But no, I'm not jealous. I am glad that Sara and Gary have decided to share their result with us. I justknow how much stress and difficulty they must have been through to get there. I applaud it.

And Sara luvver, far from cringe, our Eggy posted a gorgeous picture of you on the darts thread. Lots of hearts missed a beat as a result...

How do we like Arillas on the 2nd April? - Excellant with the temp still around 20 deg at 5:45.
Easter is happening all over at the mo and we have invites to our neighbours on Sunday and then Monday we're off to Nickos and Linda for another longggggggg afternoon.
Super - Methinks Sara and Gary will  be there.
Busy this a.m. washing cars and pottering and this p.m I did find time for an arrow or two at Baze in Sidari.

Now it's chill out time and a coffee or two before moving on to an evenings siga siga.
We may just eat outside. ( Cockerall tonight! - Don't knock it if you haven't sampled)

Hi all,
I'm glad my photo's have cheered you up. Hopefully I'll have more to post tomorrow. The electrician is calling in the morning & then we plan to go out on our bikes up to the headland. We'll take a look at Nikos' new bar, the north beach & the Lighthouse which is now apparently available to rent...........so watch this space.

Negg has already told you all what a beautiful day it has been. He is so lucky to live here permanently.

We have a fabulous Easter planned too. We're going up to Afionas church tomorrow night & joining in with the procession afterwards. I bought my long candles & holders from Bretta's supermarket earlier! & on Sunday we are going up to Bob & Penny's for a BBQ. You're right Negg, we are going to Nickos & Linda's place on Monday, so see you there.
Everyone has been so kind & made us feel so welcome.

Thanks for your nice comments Phil [but we can't quite see Gravia though. It's just out of our vision, but we can see the Diapontian Islands]
Fulfilling our dream & 'taking that big step' has been very stressful at times, but after days like today we know that it has all been worth it.

ahh Sara you bring back memories of our first visit to Arillas I think it was easter 93,I recall we had planned to join the midnight procession,but not to Afionas, other side up the track from the north beach to the small priest chapel on the cliff, however George at the Malibu had been entertaining too many of us that evening(we were a gang of approx 20 all of us first timers to arillas never met before but as we were about as much as it got that early in the season we all got on really well and had lots of drink induced hilarious afternoons and evenings)
Needless to say best intentions and all that but I just couldn't see me managing that track with wobbly legs trying to hold a candle in one hand and steadying myself with the other so I did the right thing and stayed at the malibu untill those that went returned..I was there with them in spirit

Jo, define the word "juicy" lol.....what do you want to see? There's lots of photos on my Holiday Lettings advert & nothing much has changed since taking those, but I will be taking more before we return home. We are here until the 19th
