Thanks Phil, I am sure every little will help this coming year and that goes for all businesses in Arillas.

Vaughan and Angie, I drank the beer at the Horizon, Brouklis and Ammos. Its well worth going up to the brewery to give Spiros and his co workers some support and best of all to have a sample straight from the brewing tanks.

Good VideosTerry looking forward to a taste.

Thanks Terry, 500,000 bottles should be enough, well maybe but it depends on certain people, no names mentioned but it is real beer and I for one look forward to a few more bottles. TTFN Mick.

Mick, you don't have to mention the names - evrybody knows who already! Fantastic news of increased availabilty - now there might just be some left for those who go in October....

When I was in Arillas in August I went up to the brewery again (it will be an annual event). I went up with friends Brian and Colin and we had the usual wonderful samples, straight from the brewing tanks. Whilst we were there we were introduced to a gentleman called George who runs a fantastic website about beer. He had driven from Thessalonika just to visit the brewery and he was a real expert on real ale and had links with CAMRA. He even gave us a few momentos.

Anyway here is the website http://www.beer-pedia.com/home.html - you need to choose the English version on the left under Google Translate

There is loads of information on there and one article is about a visit by George to Arillas when the Music Festival was on in July 2009. It is well worth reading and there are some great photos. (we were acually at the festival)

There is a newer article here

There is lots more on the website but I just had to link to this video which I think Erja will love - George can be seen on the video

They also have a Channel on YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeerPedia

Thanks Terry for a brilliant post, which I will be reading for hours later. Have watched the videos - superb! The festival, the microbrewery - ah yet more reasons for people to visit Arillas.
