I thought we were having it hot here in Lincolnshire (40.3°C a couple of weeks ago), with little rain, but it seems Corfu is having a long hot spell.  Best wishes and keep cool.

Oh my god!! - I am friends with a Scottish vampire!!

My evening plans of finally venturing out were scuppered, yet again, by abnormally hot temps!
Struggling with this heat and may spend all day in bed tomorrow.
Good for those with Holiday breaks but not for those who have work to acheive!

Fri.12th August and just moved past 11pm and loadsa thunder n lightning in Kavadaddes plus a shower.
Has it moved from Arillas to Kavadaddes or is it on it's way there?
(Hoping it's more than a shower!! - Twill be good for the land)

Big noises coming from the sky now so time to shut down.

Just to let you know
The sun is high in the sky there is no breeze, droplets of sweat are running down my face.
Breakfast has been consumed and as I look at my weather app on the phone it tells me at 10.30am it's 27c and to expect an afternoon temprature of 33c.
You can't grumble at that when it's a lazy Sunday.
Having a lovely time here
Cant beat a good old British heat wave
Just wondering if there will be a load of visitors at Dudley Castle.
Wish I was in Arillas.

Twas my plan to get over to the UK and get away from these high temps. However the 27deg and breezy day plus your post - I'm glad I never booked a flight!!!

Kev I give you permission to post the video if you can I have no idea how to lol. We luckily had just devoured our meal at Brouklis and it went from spitting to torrential in seconds! Been very strange this Aug weather lots of cloud but still lovely and hot. Feel sorry for Max my son as he has joined us for 5 days and it's been a very mixed bag!

Arrived to a cloudy Arillas yesterday but it cleared up lovely by late afternoon. First meal at Grateselas was lovely (they didn't use my own Margarine Eggy!!)

So glad to see not a lot has changed since our last visit except for a couple of new openings!

Happy to be back 😀
