Well, I have had my first dose and suffered nothing worth mention for about 24 hours after. Second jab has been booked for 11th June so I am still living in hope that after 153 sleeps I will get to Arillas 8)

So rain or shine Eggy - I'm a coming in August so stay safe until then! xx
Life is good ;)

Erja / PJ
Always good to get news from you guys.! I imagine many of you are climbing up the walls now? -
-- as for me?? - I have spent my "ISO" time building a special wall so I can climb it!!
Bizzare to see your post , Erja, as I have just re-watched your UTube from a few years ago. (You n Heide)
.... saw my Punto in his younger days! .....

Fingers crossed for August but , my opinion and thoughts are, I think May is a no-no and June will probably follow. - I really feel I will not see many , from the UK , during these months.
(Maybe I must learn another language?)

Arillas today is dry ,14 deg , and quiet. - Me today is wet (Ouzo) 16deg (Coat on) and Noisy (Luv a singsong)
Cheers to all (Even Kevin)

"Bumped" into Dimi (Rainbow) today and a busy bunny, he is, preparing Rainbow for customers.
Also....... and how do I do this on "ISO"? --- had a chat with Phil and Yanis , at Tria. As Rainbow , much work being done and both Tria/Rainbow say bookings look very good.
Obviously we all hope that t'all goes to plan

Sadly, and a coincidence after "Ochi" day with many get togethers???..... "record" cases have been reported in Greece and an upsurge on Corfu cases. - link..https://www.keeptalkinggreece.com/2021/03/30/greece-coronavirus-cases-record-deaths-intubations-march-30/

and.... Karl.... reluctantly I have a jab booked. - I would prefer a JAG.
(Will I get a blood clot? - Or am I a "bloody clot" for thinking that way?
Cheers

(If he cannot get in , he will just have to "Walk around Corfu" !!

Best wear rubber soled boots , Kevin , as Phil has a high voltage current running through 'em.
(With a "wet paint" sign as he knows you won't resist touching 'em)

I am sure we all continue to stir crazy and even an "Arillas Today" with another 23 degs adds to the torture of not being able to enjoy it. - No Beach visits allowed and excercise is OK but not allowed to drive somewhere for it.

So bored and trying to get the "Get up n Go" to do some work - Tis like the get up n go has Got up n went!
Yesterday I pulled all the legs off a spider and today superglued them back. Could not even get that right as I put them back vice-versa. Now the poor little bugger is running round in circles!!

Anyway - Still relaxing with a 22 deg now, at 5:30 and a whisky to help go through the delights on TV.
(With a 2 hour time difference?....... What do you watch at 3:30pm in the UK?)

Stay well Y'all

Well , Erja,
Today finds me with a slight headache, after doing my bit with a jabbie , yesterday. That , apart from a sore arm and the urge to queue, at Brettas meat counter, for lambs heads.
(They have the BRAINS , donchyerknow!!)
Which leads me to masks which seem to have become a way of life, now. - I got back, from the jab , and twas an hour before I realised it was still under the chin?
and..... all new TV series have all wearing masks. FBI , NCIS etc.
Twill not be long until those Zombies have to wear them which could be a good thing as they may find it difficult to bite.

anyway........ a warmish 16deg and dry day.
Nobody knows what is happening with Corfu open for Tourism.  6 more Covid cases reported , yesterday, and I am told there are many more than is always publicised.

Cheers

Today I do not like 13 deg and drizzly!
I had a long conversation, with my Punto , and he is very offended that his paintwork is getting wet.

Tomorrow I may not like 12 deg and drizzly - We will see - Watch this space.

I will like a pizza , from Pizzeria , tomorrow night which should ease the pain of isolation. This is as long as it does not smile at me when I open the box.
(I must go now as my cat is reciting poetry and is is an insult not to listen)

Today was not 12deg and drizzly. - Currently 13 deg with sporadic rain.
(Is sporadic a word - No idea as I gave up Geography at School - Felt Latin was a better choice)
21 deg inside, thanks to the heat generated by central heating and not me running on a treadmill.
WOTSA treadmill? - More significant, what is running?

anyway ... just a little post to say how well I am coping. We enjoyed a Yianis Pizzeria and will now retire to
our sleeping accomodation and continue to feel envious that you Arilliacs have an "Ale House" to visit.
