Loving it. Forum and Facebook give me the truth (ha ha) of what is happening in my adopted spiritual home. I already knew most of the facts of your post Neill, but hearing you say them brings them all to life.

John and Dot leave tomorrow, but content in the knowledge they will be back in a few weeks. They have so publically enjoyed their time and for that I thank them both. The reports have kept me happy all week.

MartinW from Wales is doing what he does best - being in Arillas at Bardis Sun with people he loves. I know how he feels.

And as the season unfolds, we will all do our own thing. viv and Pete are not the only ones due to arrive. Keith (geezer) and Ann are all but on their way, and others too. The 2014 season looks like being a bonanza for our dear Greek hosts. As a bladdy tourist, I bladdy hope so!

Phil

And Neill, I will do my best to make it a million in 2014. But 50,000 is a LOT!!! Take care matey. Looking forward to doing it all again in July.

Well this one more to boost the total......but as Phil says 50,000 is a lot, so let's all try to post a relevant comment each day.
Even if it's just thank you to Eggy

Well this is relevant....for anyone considering an authentic Greek holiday with wonderful hospitality, amazing food, unreal sunsets and memories that will last a lifetime, get on the t'internet and get it booked! Nobody put on their headstone, 'I wish I had spent more time in the office'... xx

Y'ole rascal Eggy. Life in Arillas is all about missing folk, and being gobsmacked when it's somebody else. There are so many of us now, you just go with the flow. Well that's my recipe for Arillas Today.

Phil

(Even my leaf hoover is sweating!!)

Arillas Today is being kind to all, except my T-shirt which has to be changed, yet again.

But.... Tuesday/Wednesday ??? The committee is still out on that one (Kavaddades Weather, I mean)
Says it may be cold - YERAVINALAFFGUV!!!

First morning in Arillas, simply beautiful. Lots of activity in the various businesses not yet open and as usual lots of friendly greetings. Quite warm but a tad too breezy for the beach. Not too breezy however to sit and enjoy a pre lunch beer outside Akrotiri. Being selfish I love it here this time of year, not too many bladdy tourists!

Hello Ian. Have you been let off the leash again. Where are you staying? We will be there in a couple of weeks.

Hi Tony, what's a leash? I am a free man, I think. I'll have to ask Carol. I'm staying in Angela's little house. When do you arrive? Carol is coming out on 30th, for a couple of weeks. Look forward to seeing you both.

Hi Sandy, you may need to delay a little. It could take more than a week to get as far as the beach. Shame I didn't get to see your dad, may be next time. See you soon.
