The news this morning said that Greece will open is gates 1st july so i have checked with Greek web site and yes

Nationals of the following countries will be eligible to travel to Greece as of June 15: Albania, Australia, Austria, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Hungary, Romania, New Zealand, Norway, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Czech Republic, and Finland.


The Hellenic government has decided to open its borders for tourists from the Schengen zone, the European Union and Israel, from mid-June or July 1 the latest,  as the number of Coronavirus infection cases has started to decrease.

Yanni from the Tria has told me expect flights from the 21st July now he is saying the 13th July a week early from jet2
But as we all know things change we see and hope

At last we are on the list for the uk no quarantine coming back on sky news just now

Yes Karl you are right. UK are saying we dont have to quarantine on way back from Greece but Greece has to let us go there in the first place which will be at the earliest 15th July but maybe later it's a waiting game.

Here is hoping that we can go after 15th but it all depends on how folk behave over here and if there is any further large breakouts. Still praying to all the deities from Allah to Zeus that we can go and do it safely 🙏🏻

As I have said on another post, if you get the situation that its ok to go somewhere and return without a quarantine,  and if the country you want to go to refuses entry, you will not be able to claim and recover the cost of your holiday.
The airlines/tour operators will say as England has removed the restrictions for non essential travel travel, and not blacklisted the country you want to visit , its not our fault you cant go, so no refunds. This subject has been discussed with Simon Calder and he agrees.

No testing coming back only going
