Life continues at a steady pace and that suits us just fine.
Most places now open and things looking good for summer.
Ventured up to Akrotiri where we stumbled across Viv and Pete
Wind blew up yesterday and we were forced to abandon Sharon's pool and head in land, the wind and waves should help the beach though.
Vavillis opened to a full house last night and we had the pleasure of having a table, the food was fabulous and we watched the fireflies dancing in the lane as we sat and enjoyed a wonderful evening.
Martin W is here and looked like he had been around for months as he relaxed at Gratzella.
All in all Arillas is providing again......

9 days and we will be sat with Thomas and hopefully seeing the fireflies Ref

We won't be there until July but will definitely be eating a few times at Vavillas. We will miss the fireflies. I would really like to go in May one year and see the fireflies and the Judas Trees in bloom. You never know, maybe one year we will get twice. That would be fantastic. Live the dream!

Sonia...great minds think alike!
We don't arrive in Arillas until August therefore we will also miss the fireflies but we too are hoping to visit in May and July next year (sometimes difficult as I work in a school) We also hope to eat in Vavilas during our time there (never yet been as always been full when we've arrived, so fingers crossed for this year and for the fireflies in May!

Thank you John and Dot for your lovely up dates...very relaxing reading. It all sounds bliss!

Went a little chilly last night followed by a cool start today
Actually got out of the village today and ventured over to San Stefano's
Nice walk over and a little shopping done, lunch at three was then back for late afternoon
Dinner at Grattzela now at rainbow chilling out......... Jimmy is having a Greek night and BBQ Saturday
Avriol is another day so we will see what it brings

Our Arillastoday is really arillas last night.
Pete and I went to Thomas Vavilas and had a lovely meal, great company Faye and Nigal Sandy and Eric but to me the highlife of the night was being serenaded by a Nightingale in full voice.
I also noticed a certain Mr Wright come in say Hello to Sandy and her Dad and completely ignore Pete and I. Had he had to much coke I wonder. Lol xxx
