DONCHER just luv a 21/22deg afternoon temp and sunny, for a 5pm plus Arillas Today?

Last night bumped into Bella * In the nicest possible way and no court case impending!

Martin W? - This elusive guy has not been spotted by me ....... Yet.
(Prepare to dive in the hedge, Martin, if you see a white Punto approaching!!!)

Darts, last night, at Rainbow produced yet another up n coming newcomer. More on the "Darts Line"

It is a definite dozy Arillas now with a few places preparing to disappear during the next week or so.
(ANDWHYNOT?? - All these places have given 150% to look after all our Summer needs)

Sad time for me as I have less ears to bend and fewer people to bore. - Bugger!!! - Rumour has it that "Hels Bels" did book 3 weeks and now go home on Monday. Emergency flight , Helen n Keith?. Have I really been talking that much?
(Only 2 weeks, not 3? But you have, at least, saved your eardrums from major surgery, on your return!)

It's getting chilly , guys!!

Arillas today was a "Don't sit in the shade" sort of day. A tad on the cold side - For me anyway.

6pm and outside temp reads 19deg, Time to wear a few extra layers , me-thinks!

And........ I think apologies to Harold n Sally, who I am sure I saw strolling down from Agios Stepahnos, this afternoon. Didn't recognise till I went past. May be wrong but think twas you.

It is so ironic. Here in Baltonsborough, Somerset UK, it is now 26 degrees, sunny and a true Indian Summer.

This afternoon, sitting in the pub garden I stripped off my windcheater, then the woolly jumper and closely followed by the shirt. The T shirt underneath would have followed, but I suddenly realised I was not doing a striptease in the Coconut. It would have been easy to sit bare chested in the pub today in this unexpected bonus summer in the UK.

Not that I ever have stripped in the Nut, and fully understand that our dear friendship with Hana, Kostas and Perry would end at that moment. But there are pics on Facebook of others..... Well the underwear makers might not have been happy with the models.

Arillas Today still beguiles me and I'd rather be there than here.

There is an eerie feeling around Arillas Today, with places closing down. -
Tis a quiet place to be, right now, but still has the vibes left by all the summer guests.
Strange to see an empty Tria Adelphia, with sunbeds stacked and a visit to Rainbow found a tired and exhausted Dimitris who didn't close till 3 am , this morning.
(Bless him - Still found the time to smile and serve 2 exhausted latecomers , this afternoon)
And.... customers at Brouklis, lunchtime...? - WOTSALLTHATABOUT?

Amourada now does an extra bit of looking after all us "non-leavers" and was quietly building up a few of it's regular Winter customers. - Many a Mythos bottle on the tables when I left!

The beach continues to find it's own mood, as beaches do, but my camera batteries were as dead as a dodo's doody so can't show you what I had the privilege to witness.
(A super dramatic pic it would have been.)

Temps sit at 18deg now for 6pm so - not as good as in the UK................................
.........But the UK doesn't have Costas on the Beach, and that is where we will be tonight!
(Thermal vest permitting!)

Latecomers are being treated to a 25 deg Arillas afternoon.

Why any latecomers, do we all ask? - Maybe the Beer festival? = WOTDOIKNOW!!

Took a peek at this new event this afternoon and seems well organised with marquees etc etc.

Tonight , me-thinks , will be a good starter which will improve over the next few days.

Found Biglee, and pals, at Marvel and can report to their wives and partners that they are on their best behaviour. - Not a sunbed in the pool and not even a Lilo? - Not even Costas at Marvel. (Is he hiding?)

Pictures will, I hope, be made for this festival and posted. I have purchased a pair or "Lederhosen" and hope to be knee slapping, with the best, tomorrow evening. (As long as I slap my own knees!)

A super day for all here and , I hope another super day Avrio.

Suffering from MMF. ( Manky Man Flu ) stopped me from going to the festival but it was a great success, as told to me by all who attended.

Cookery classes, various ales to try and represented by many local Tavernas with stalls, selling souvlakis and the like. Super music , Greek and German. All enjoying and extra friends made, as I am told.

An excellent job, well done, by Spiros and all local supporters.

10 pm here and a very laid back day , still sitting nicely on 20 deg outside.

Man Flu makes Eggy "Bear with sore head" so off to bed to feel sorry for myself.

Poor Wendy, can't think of anything worse than looking after a bloke with the dreaded man flu.
