Love both pics Julie. Am I right, the second one is from Bardis Sun Hotel with their roof in foreground, looking out over Sea Breeze Apatments, entrance to Bardis Sun Studios, Willy's Wash House and Viceremo? Think so but have been known to be wrong. Love the mist. How early was that?

Yes Phil they were taken from Bardis Sun Hotel where we stayed.  I must add we really enjoyed our stay there and we are definitely going back ;)

The pictures were taken about 8.00am so not really early.

Erja I hadn't! seen anything like it before either!

On another note, my 2 little girls ages 6 and 11 and my parents came with us to Arillas for the first time and they loved it!! My parents are booking up for next year too!

Thought it was the 2nd. floor Julie. fantastic photos, I've been staying in Arillas for the last 10-11 years and have never seen that phenomenon, looks like something out of a Si-fi movie!
Hoping to return (home) to the B.S.Hotel end of September for two weeks to get some sun before the grim U.K. winter sets in. I usually stay on the ground floor, I had forgotten how good the views were from the upper floors.
