Where else would we like?

Ok, one holiday next year will Arillas, thats now a given - but where else should we be considering that has a similar 'Arillas effect'?

We've been to Crete (Chania & Plakias) Lesvos, Samos, Naxos, Skiathos, Thassos, Rhodes, Kos, Stoupa & Parga.

Would love to know where else you'd recommend.

Try Mykonos. Very sophisticated (and expensive?) but the only place I would even consider other than Arillas. In truth, why not do Arillas twice??

How about Pugilla in Italy? We loved it. Quite rural, unspoilt, fantastic food. We stayed in a masserria, Italian for working estate farm and we booked through Magic of Italy.

Try Halki, it's a small island off Rhodes if you go for two weeks you can use all the tavernas twice, small but beautiful. But Arillas still beats it with gorgeous food, in over twenty years of eating Greek food we have not tasted better.

It is really quiet and you need a car, but it is right on the beach, down a track, and the beach is where the loggerhead turtles have nests.

Kephalonia is lovely. Went to the resort of Lassi last year and loved it. Great beaches and great food.
