Just been checking out some trips to do when we are in Arillas and have seen a boat trip on San Stefanos travel site which looks interesting. It is a boat trip from San Stef harbour to the island of Othoni stopping first at Mathraki.

Just wondering if anyone has been? I had never heard of Othoni before this.

 We did this a couple of years ago but got off at Mathraki and caught the boat on it's way back. I don't know how long the boat stops in Othoni but we had three or four hours as I remember in Mathraki. If you're not a good sailor I'd pick my day carefully! but I'd recommend it as a day out.
