Connie luvver, I haven't been away. But I'm trying to let others have their day. Dimitris is totally bored with my posts because I always say the same thing. I really don't know if I'm doing any good, but I promote Arillas at every opportunity. PaulD from Swansea valley once said "your love of the place is legendary." Nothing has changed.

John mate, you already know I'm a LEG END. Rough diamond, Ole Git, Blatherskite, Anorak.... I've been called them all. But Arillas isn't about me. I'm just one who selfishly wants it to survive so I can enjoy it for the rest of my days.

In South East parlance it was Scrag End. A cheap cut of lamb or mutton. Well cheap I am. Free to anyone who wants to say hello in Arillas.

My God am I missing it
