Getting in the mood for this summer
« on: February 07, 2010, 10:44:22 PM »
Just a few pictures taken on my old camera phone from 2008. Fond memories are easily made with beautiful subjects. Counting the days till June :-)

Hi Gary. Justlove the sunset, the beach and Gravia, but your picture of cold Mythos had me drooling.....

I'm already in the mood, but no surprise there then. Have a great time

So far only two weeks for us raff. But if I'm not teaching in September we might just  delete our electronic ticket and stay on after 26 July.

Whatever happened to tearing up the tickets though. Call me an old sucker, but deleting an electronic version just doesn't do it for me. Like our women no longer wearing stockings.....

Oops, I've started something there

And Tony, if I had any money I'd be posting this from Corfu. At least we can still afford a couple or six Mythos.

lol

Just seeing this picture gets me in the mood for a return visit to Arillas - just hoping the sand on the north beach will let me build more castles.
Best wishes
Pat

Actually, Phil - I've just looked at the photo again and it looks like we'd already eaten! That particular night we went with Viv and Pete and the lovely Mary and had a fantastic night. To rub insult to injury, we're back in May, so shall I post ANOTHER photo for you to let you know how good it still is.... lol ???

Oh - and another of the Gravia bar

But we will still be looking forward to it in July when yours is just a memory....

We meant to get up to Gravia Bar last time, but had an Arillas moment... we were so enjoying ourselves at Kaloudis we stayed put. We didn't even get to see Anna (studios) which we regretted a lot more. Two weeks is just not long enough....

love
Phil

Had to chuckle there, Phil - you've had the last laugh!  Touche (can't put an acute accent on the "e" - sorry)

Phil, your so right.  2 weeks isn't long enough.  Try 3!!!  we managed 4 weeks holiday 2 years on the bounce.  Now that was quality.

I did nearly 4 weeks last summer....the downside of that is that it's even more painful than usual when it's time to come back here!
