Many thanks - am genuinely touched by all the advice I'm getting on here.  Arillas seems to be the place we've been destined to find, and the Kaloudis seems an ideal place to begin what I hope are many time there.  Although it's sometime until we'll be able to visit I'll be keeping in touch via the website, asking some really daft questions no doubt as we get closer to going, and hopefully meeting a few of you out there!  Shame we can't get there this year, but it will make it all the more special when we do!  Here's to becoming an Arillas Addict like the rest of you!
