We don't know it all and we also want the answer to your question.

Mid June to October will qualify as longterm summer season let, so a discount on about 35 euros a day, for which they can let the properties as holiday homes, is where you are.

My guess is the owners will require more than 20 euros a day, or 140 euros a week which is probably the best you will find. But most will earn much more than that on holiday lets of their properties. It is only fair.

PM Mark and Dee - they have rented in Afionas for similar but if I remember our rather alcoholic discussion, not much different.

Hard work, isn't it Ash? Like most things we do
Phil

wish we were your age - so would we then.

Determination is the key to it all, information is next and then it is the ability to suffer what others say about you.

So I won't say anything about how much I admire your spirit, or how if I hadn't met the love of my life I would have been doing the same as you are, or how it is possible for young people to achieve their dreams.

But you never will, will you? You are just another waster like they all talk about?????

I think not
Phil

Ash

Have sent you another PM with a couple of contact details.

Angela is a nice lady to do business with so an e-mail to her may also be eventful.
( It's a nice Villa , is Maria/Stammatis )

You could find yourself in a buyers market.

Cheers
Negg

Ash
Dont know about costs but there was a place near the Makris that was advertising long term stay when we were there the other week.
I think it was appartment's above the former Supermarket, not open long The place was all shut up in May and the supermarket was closed when we were over there last year. perhaps some one will be able to shed some light on this
