Arillas (& Corfu!!) First-Timers....all advice appreciated

Hello all !!!
My girlfriend and I are heading out to Arillas on the 28th of this month for a week's holiday...in two weeks time we'll be there...... and we can't wait.
We're staying at Arillas Bay.
This will be my first trip to Corfu, and my other halfs first ever holiday abroad (!!), so we'd appreciate any advice you can give us for our holiday in Arillas.....do's & don'ts....places to go / places to avoid...... where to eat & drink....car hire...... etc etc..... any help and advice would be gratefully received.

I wouldn't like to put a damper on your holiday, but I would print of a copy of the comments about Arillas Bay Apts. in accommodation reviews and take them to your travel agent or contact the tour operator for their comments and even ask if you can be moved. I really hope it works out well for you. Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear, but forewarned is forearmed !
