Strange Webcam Picture

I use Firefox as a browser and I have an igoogle homepage. The first item on the home page is a live link to the Arillas webcam. Early this morning It showed the following view, which I copied because it was such a lovely picture. I guessed that work was being done on the webcam because the picture was dated for yesterday 10/04/08  18:49:40

The picture has now changed to this

We spent quite a while fiddling around to work out what was going on and still didn't work it out. We both agreed that it must be maintenance etc.
