Right i managed it with these instructions from the lovely Eileen, so if i can do it im expecting you to do it aswell, no excuses now Kevin haha!

Go to www.imageshack.us
Click on the browse tab and select your saved picture from your file
Type in your email address in box provided
Use the drop down menu to re-size your image (click on 320 x 240)
Then click host it
A few seconds later another page will appear, scroll down to the box titled 'Direct link to image'
Copy and paste the text in the box
On Arillas Forum click reply to where you want to post your piccie, when blank box appears click on the 'insert image' icon, next to the one that looks like a spinning wheel.
this will appear, (img) (/img), between the 2 sets of brackets paste the code which you copied from the imageshack site and then click post!

Good luck!

Hello,

I use http://photobucket.com/ and there after uploading photos from your PC into your album, you can choose which form to paste on your post: E-mail & IM, Direct Link, IMG code or HTML Tag. You can also alter the size of your picture, although just the once.

Here it is IMG Code that you just copy and paste and preview before publishing.

Life is good ;)
