I think the only choice to eat food is simply to be in Arillas. After that requirement is met you simply can not go wrong.

Have you lost all that you put on last year Phil, ready for this year?  I remember meeting you last year and you were rubbing your tummy saying you had put weight on... we all do dont we... we have to make up for missing out the rest of the year.  The clothes I take never seem to fit at the end of a fortnight!  I blame it on the heat! ;-)

I know you will have a brilliant time when you go "home" in two weeks.. and staying "on site" too at the Brouklis I see.

Hi BG. Sad to say not lost a single pound. My overstressed job ended last year, and although I am working now, nothing like the pressures. Now I will be spending two weeks staying at Brouklis (we all know that means wonderful food) and will be obliged to visit many others, all of which provide something I just can't resist. I may be on my first ever diet when I get back....

But do I care?? No-brainer. Bring it on!
