Smoke From A Chimney?

I keep thinking about lots of things that I saw on holiday in Arillas, and I have another question that I am sure someone can answer.

When you are driving from Arillas to San Stefanos and you are going downhill, around the two bends, there is a chimney in the distance that had smoke coming out of it. Does anybody know what this is? Is it a small factory?

We took this rd lots of times, you can see it as you go around the second left hand bend and my wife Julie asked me every time what the tall metal chimney could be for. please put her out of her misery. Just got back after 5 weeks in Arilla  & its raining. ah well, roll on OCT

There is an Olive processing factory somewhere on that road ,,could be that,,we have called in a few times,(dont remeber a chimney though)....couple of chaps there were very friendly and explained how they process the olives ..we even had a taste of the oil as it leaves a tap that fills the containers.....
