Hi Neill, yep ok we are on our way (in my dreams) I dont mind wearing an apron every now and then) but Wendy will have to do the baking, cakes etc. It's a lovely dream but dream it is for now. Unless it's a share in that famous lottery ticket.
Bob & Peny sure have some lovely views there only another five years to go and we already have an offer to rent for the first winter, that I think you might know about.

Thanks for the pics, Eggy, what a very pleasant afternoon it was, an all!!  Wish I was there doing it now ........ can maybe repeat during the first week of September .... we have now booked!!  Only managing a week this time but I'm still very excited!  You'll have to play darts a bit quicker - James is up to about 200 180's now so he's going to take some beating!

It's a very quiet Arillas with nothing new still to report. More rain here, so far, than last year but a very pleasant 20 deg today after some overnight wetness.
Nothing new happening but the beach is repairing itself after all the bad weather.
All in all it's looking pretty damm good.

The builder we dealt with was very good and  I can seriously recommend 3 or 4 other local North Corfu builders who would make you a good honest build.
Like other countries you can have the rotten apple but I need a few clues to answer you question with honesty.
