Heard today that the Sidari/Roda road was closed , due to a 6 car pile up around the Karousades area. Police and fire engines quickly on the scene and traffic diverted.- (Sheets if ice apparently)
A good response from services considering the amount of snow and ice we see around North Corfu.

Temp now 3 deg so getting better all the time.

Jeez Eggy, Snow and ice in Arillas. Seems very strange, especially when it's mild here(8 degrees ish). Forecast to drop by the end of the week though.

Neill, it's glorious and sunny in Yorkshire but it is very windy. It's supposed to be winter, where is our snow, this is not fair, I want to go sledging. I would post photo's but I cannot remember how to do it. ttfn.

Just can't belive we were sitting on your terrace drinking and enjoying the sun not that long ago.....now it looks like a different planet.

My other half arrived at the airport on Wednesday. expecting to get a bus to Acharavi , only to find all buses cancelled because of the snow and ice! Apparently worst snow since 1963 ( according to the taxi driver). Quite a nice day here in Yorkshire. 'Just saying!
