So... wehat made my Arillas today??
Not the 32deg which was another hottie for your bottie.
Not taking the time to ensure all recycling went in the right bags.
Even not the company of Ron. ( Which came close)

But the suprise meet up with Jersey Steve.  Elbows touched many times but no hugs!!.
Steve , the only guy I can beat at darts so a big incentive to get him out one night.
So... you lil bugger, get a darts night at Rainbow. Speak with Dimi and get the boys in!!
Time is what I have, right now.

And ... the rest of Arillas Today?? - I see a coach or three turning up with many new faces
This may be a catch up for those who cancelled earlier, in the year.
(But tis worth waiting for!! - DONCHYERKNOW?)
Cheers

Nice to see you Eggy , we took a pedalo to gravia , landed it at the beach over there and had the best snorkle, hard work getting out there though. But an easier trip back.
So far a great greek night at the Rainbow a night at brouklas, food as good as ever and gratziela for some fresh fish. Three great nights.
Up to the night owl tonight for the famous pork chops. Yamos all 😁

Stephanie

Oooh Jersey Steve, you'll have Petros after you!! :-D  ( - he gets very anxious if you venture near Gravia or even mention the prospect.  Think it comes from rescuing someone years ago.  (and yes it is Petros not Pedro, my hubby had to get his name & address as he sent him some bits for the Topper boat)

Jersey Bean

I don't think we'll be doing it again. It's a lot further than it looks 😀

Stephanie

My hubby has the notion every year he's going to swim there.  He's a strong swimmer and does lengths of the beach but......!!!  :-o

Eggy

I will do it !!!! - (As soon as they make a bridge and I have a moped)

Thought it was going to be a cool day , today , as only 20deg at 8am. Now at 12:30 we sit with a tad above 30 deg. Windows & shutters closed at Kavadaddes but still 25deg inside.
Whatever - Off for a bevvy so water off a ducks back for me. (Or is that Ouzo & Water?)

and.... Steph , yer not wrong. It is Petros. It gets lost in translation because the Greek accent, being heavy, tends to sound like a "D"
(Anyway , with that hat he does look like a Pedro "underlay-underlay" , senor.
Wishing y'all a good day.

Truth

I must apologise to our Kev as I promised to take pics of all the "cuttings" thet Wegg has been taking. - Can I find my camera? - Nahhhh.
(Think it's in the spare Punto which is in the garage)
My phone will not help as it's a P. A.Y.G  cheapie and does diddley except take yer money.
Tablet?? - WOTSATABLET? - I have only just got used to a pessary!!!

Anyway M & M turned up and immediately got locked in thier appt so as not to annoy the guests.
I left Tria when I heard that sound of a crowbar being wedged against the balcony doors!!

So... I see a 32 deg temp at 5pm and am glad that all you young buggers out there will enjoy!!

I type this with laptop on my knees and rear end in the freezer. Frozen peas anyone???

Speaking of Pedro slash Petros has anyone met his wonderful dog Argo? We always take our Brouklis chop bones for him. He must be the oldest dog in the world we keep trying to persuade him to let us bring him him but to no avail!

Truth

Thats a bit extreme wanting Eggy to 'slash' him just because he won't let you have Argo 🤣

Eggy

Not being a violent man the best I can offer is to threaten him with a cucumber !!
I must find out about his dog , though , as I haven't seen him for a while.

Mornings are cooler here so I can get more outside work completed - Great !!

We will see what Arillas today throws at us.

Well another beautiful day with a sea mist and a lovely breeze,  the night owl was amazing, well worth the walk up and the best pork chops ive ever tasted.
Cocktails at Ammos were absolutely spot on too so having a chilled time spending the days at the mirage , Angela and Nikos are the perfect hosts. Its back to the Rainbow tonight for some home cooked food and the quiz night with Jimmy.
Eggy if you are reading on Sunday JImmy is doing darts so hope to catch up then.
Having the best time hope you are all good.

jersey steve

And back to Gravia, i swam it on my last holiday, i recommended a calm day though, beautiful swim, i did have fins on  so cheated a bit , but thats alowed on your hol 😂

Eggy

Steve
I do not like 33 deg at 5pm and the last time I saw a Fin twas Erja.
So there...!! get back on yer sunbed and practice darts , mentally , like me.
"May yer trebles be small and yer doubles be missed" - Sunday is good.

Meanwhile... Arillas is doing a good 'ole job for you guys. I think, that as more and more pals have re-arranged breaks then it could be a tad busier up to mid October.
