An accident Sandy. I got as close to those diddy waves as possible and then just stood there, listening, thinking "How good is this". Drifted away, mentally, just for a couple of minutes and then got a cold reminder that I was dreaming.
( Or maybe I was just careless! )

Hi All
Thanks for finding my armband Eggy.  Now I know why I've been swimming so lop-sided since I got back from Arillas.
Splendid photographs from Dimitris and Eggy - please keep them coming.  At least at the Liston you won't get swept away by the tide Dimitris - but Eggy watch out for big waves, we don't want to lose you!
Best wishes
PJ

Being super brave today Patrick, I walked out to the bench at the "fishing end" of the jetty.
( Only little sprogs of waves to concern me at lunchtime )
If you were in Arillas today this is the view you see, relaxing on the bench.

I would have taken some more but the camera batteries decided enough was enough.
Must get into the habit of carrying spares.

Work continues at Hotel Akti and Marina and Malibu. Also a little bird tells me that Horizon is looking to open quite soon, for 3/4 evenings a week. If that's right it gives anyone living here another alternative for an evening drink and possibly food. I'm sure I'll peg Marinos down at some stage and find out all the details.

Cheers All

Hi Eggy

A fantastic take on the bay in your piccie. Loved your "sprogs."  Meant something else in SE England!

Of course you don't take socks in the summer Phil....but you might need them in February? Can't bear to see Englishmen with socks and sandals on....sorry if I offend any of you chaps....what do you think girls? My dad always used to embarrass me by tying a white handkerchief round his head too....

Hi Sandy

Hate the idea of socks and sandals. Hate socks. Not that impressed with feet anyway. I have to wear socks to work, but after end of June when I stop, I wonder if I'll ever buy another pair! I haven't worn underpants for at least 30 years either.

But on Arillas Today, I wonder what our Greek friends make of socks?

Sorry Eggy, tried hard to keep this on message!
lol
