We were told last year by  Grazella and Vincerenos that they will be one next year.
It is a done deal, and the agreement was that Vincerenos would trade for 2018 but the name  would disappear in 2019

Heard a similar rumour too Geoff but I wasn't sure if it was just the apartments. I hope Vinceremos restaurant continues as although I love Gratselas I do love the Kleftiko at Vinceremos.

The Coconut is very near to opening as many"goings on" have been much recently. (Kostas n Perry will not hang about too long now)
Arillas Today sees "Bougata" , the nice place next to Malibu , opening tonight and Malibu is also open so Coconut must follow very soon. Yiotas shop is ready to take some euros from those after a few treats and , the best news? - The Bench is on the jetty keenly awaiting a few white bums that , if today's temp is anything to go by , will soon be tanned!!
Who cares the colour of yer bum - We are not prejudiced here

and...... Tracey B , forgot to say that the beach is looking good. Not a sunbed or Brolly, in sight , which pleases me but may not please the majority.  As it's the majority who deserve to be pampered after all those 24/7 working days (And that's just the stay at home house person) Why not chill out on a bed on a beach?
Me - I will settle for doormat , old car seat or tin bath.

I’ll be really disappointed as we have some folk coming who have never been to Arillas before & I’d like to show them & have a drink or 10 in the Coconut. Fingers crossed it’s going to open this weekend 😀 x

Barry n Christine - We never met, so assume you saw the Punto and hid away!! - Or , which is the only way to go ,you concentrated on a good holiday! I am so very pleased it hit the spot for you both.

Ammos (spelling) has been open for a few days now but Portofino still closed. There is some work going on at Vinceremos so looks like it may be open soon,
As to who runs the place? - Your guess as good as mine!

A mild 22 deg Arillas today with slight rain overnight and this morning bringing in that red dust, Bugger! , says I, as I have just finished jet washing all outside balconies and paving.

Marina Pool "complex" looks a cracker so worth a visit to Billy n Danielle. So many places to mention and so little time to do it. Mathraki , Rainbow and Tria all look poised on the starting grid , just waiting for that pistol to sound the off. The Coffee bar , next to Whispers is doing well and why not? They do offer a decent choice at a decent price.

And..... when is Ina gonna remove that tarpaulin?.

Negg. Sorry we never met but back in September so will make a point of meeting up with you.
Walked past ina 's at night and you could see through the tarpaulin.  Lots of new shelves and looks like a bar on the right hand side.

Barry - The tarps are away from Ina's and, with a sneaky look inside, I am amazed. I will give no pics but leave these surprises to those who appear. It will be open from Monday and I believe they have a coffee expert, for the cafe side, who will be producing the various beverages. Just like Yiannis, Molinari/Whispers , they have both been on specialist courses that give you those noises like "QSSSH" - "ZZISSSH" - "SHUUSSSH" when they prepare a brew.
 (and that's just them , not the machine!)

Arillas Today sits perched with a 24 deg and dry, after a morning shower. Overnight rain , on Tuesday , put 8mm in the counting jug , and very welcome it was too.

All looking well here and Marina Pool  doing well and Thomas's (Vasilas) has finally got tables out and Coconut has doors open. A tad of work going on at Eftihia and "Kostas on the Beach" closed for a revamp of thier outside eating area . Tria Adelphia is open so must get in there for a coffee - Yeah Right.

I really hope they change their minds about the quad bikes. It is going to effect so many businesses and families.
Or at least 'phase' them out over the next 5 years or something, to give these businesses chance to transition.

Twill indeed , Angie , but a clamp down needs to be done on those who have no experience on Quads, - There is a lot of investment, tied up , by rental companies, so you cannot just "Pull the Rug" from under them. Hard one to call especially as I can sit behind those who manouvere with one hand on the controls and the other up their bottom!.

Arillas Today fires a 25 deg "Sunday Day Off" and good to see Marina / Kostas /Beach Point / Grazella doing what they do best and pleasing the "Early Birds"

Viv , as in Viv n Pete , is looking well and bumped into her today , probably on her 3rd tour of the Arillas perimeter. "Bugger" , Viv , you tire me out just watching you stride along!! - No wonder she's a diddy lady . she's wearing the soles of her feet away!!
(But , as Pete would say , good thongs always come in small packages!!) - I meant "things" there , but , hey , who knows!!

Paul n Denise at Rainbow and chilling. - They , like Rian, also here , are now part of the furniture ( In a very nice way ) They are treated as good family friends  and , as family , wait a twinge whilst tourists are being served. - Good to see these guys.

Vinceremos is still doing a twinge of work so not sure yet when they will be open.  ina's is open Monday but they are waiting for the super duper machines which make those "Queeshhhhyy" noises. Supermarket side open though.. - Looks a place that you will forget how many euros are in your pocket.
"SPENDEMALL" - that's what I say!!

So , in a sentence- "All is well"
