Arillas Today belonged to John the ex football ref and his gorgeous wife Dot. After a year of doubt and trouble, they found a way to be there and won.

Photographed outside Yiota's shop like the celebrities they are, they were wearing smiles that hid all of the tribulations of their struggle, and will spend another two weeks of their lives realising how good life is.

Sadly we won't be sharing it this year, but John has promised to book our table at Brouklis for July 2014. Table 13 of course.

Arillas Today? No matter.

Maybe we should all be thinking of our Arillas Tomorrow.

Well Phil, Arillas today,which was Arillas tomorrow, yesterday (Headache now)
has started with some rain, for John n Dot n all, currently chilling out.

Does it matter to them? - NOTTACHANCE!
Does it matter to ovvers? - DONNA BE SILLY!

Lunchtime hit around 24 deg and now, at 6:30 pm, we enjoy 28 deg.
A super afternoon with extra prime time , spent by all, to sit and enjoy the company of others. 17th Sept and plenty of chill, available,to go round for plenty of September "Chillers"

I luv it , others luv it , so no excuses for failure.

Arillas today winds down with around a 26 deg and dry 5:30 pm. Tis been a good afternoon for all with the added bonus that the cooler morning enabled the likes of me to dig a nice plot, in the garden, without melting.

Next Tuesday will be a fun darts binge at the Rainbow and on Wednesday they host the "Corfu Worried Men" These guys are currently pottering along to various places in and around Arillas. So keep an eye outside Taverna boards when you are here.

Where are you neil......it's quiet without you.......

Well been here since Saturday morning and Arillas is serving up her best
Arrived at 5am(delay at Birmingham) Spiros at the Akti was waiting for us.
Lazy day popped up to Rainbow and spent a quiet afternoon then back for the BBQ and greek night

Hammered it down with rain around 6am on  Sumday morning, afternoon saw us settle round Akti pool with Spiros serving up shots for those that wanted and special Icecream for me.

Monday we went over to Sidari to meet up with my cousin who is staying there
Tuesday we spent lounging around Sharons pool bar

Today saw us take a morning walk up to Akrotiri was a nice morning and we paid our respects to our friend Chris who passed away earlier this year. Dot collected wild flowers and we went to the little church and said a few words in his memory, Chris loved it in Arillas

A fab afternoon on the beach with big waves and a warm sea......off for dinner now
Arillas is our today and we are loving evry minute of it

Another wonderful day in paradise. I know Arilliacs aren't shy so I guess i am out of sync with you all. I have only met John and Dot so far but i share the love we all have for this place. Going back to my life UK tomorrow but will carry Arillas in my heart until next year.

Arillas today has been nice and sunny,wind has died away and the sea is much calmer.
Early bird this morning and all alone down on the beach, nice swim and back to the Akti for breakfast.
Spent our time around the pool then ventured up to the Rainbow (neil is alive) bumped into the dart mister.
Quiz night tonight up at Rainbow so we will partake in the fun

Arillas today was quiet as i ventured for my morning swim (nice warm sea)
Back for breakfast and a Laaazzzeeeyyy day around the pool awaits
It is HOT, SUNNY and PERFICK

as I said a lazy day, so thats about it from Arillas Today

OMG now really jealous. Booked Kaloudis for next August, roll on fantastic place to stay !

Well Jersey Bean am glad you are booked in for next year at the Kaloudis - you can certainly look forward to a relaxing time - after a quiet float in the pool you can try a cool Royal Ionian under the shade of the olive trees while you catch up with your magazine reading!
