Try this first Neil...

Login to Photobucket and under your name (right hand side of screen) go to Settings. On the screen that appears choose the "Album" tab. see below



Then choose (Under "Upload Options" ) "Customize Upload Options" .... see below for next screen



Make sure 1024 x 768 is chosen.

Try this first and if it doesn't work could you please email one of your photos as an attachment
