Arillas looks as wonderfull as ever, Lynn and Colin look so relaxed. The beach still looks a little narrow, still good and still wish I was still there. Eggy it was great to meet you the other week all be it briefly. Love your reports makes me  feel a part of me is still there. Looking forward to the next installment.

wow how exciting sunbeds on the north beach, does that mean martin won't have to be a pack horse and carry umbrellas and lilo's?!!!

Don't forget I'm not totally sure on that bit of info and will be asking Sandy when I see her. It certainly seemed like it though when I was looking from the jetty

A breezy ole day today and, at Kavaddades, our sun loungers had a jolly ole time bouncing around one side of the balcony to tother. Bless - Let 'em enjoy their selves.

Temps have been good and still 27 deg at 7pm. I think that if Arillas had the same strong breeze that can only do good for the beach and push that sea back just a bit more. No car today so will have a nose avrio.

Mary H. - Time went so quickly when you and Martin W were here so hopefully we can catch up on a bit 'o chat next time.
Lynn n Colin are so chilled that they have committed to a darts K/O on Tuesday.
How about that then? - And... with a bit o luck Riggers will be there also.

Cheers

Hi Eggy, All sounds good as normal. Great photo's love the one of Lynn & Colin. Wish we had been with you all the other night or yesturday or the day before even today. Just love the bit of time we do get there, and as Mary says your reports connect us more and give us the feeling of being even nearer then we are, Love to all. Viv & Pete

Stay Nude it ante rude

Eggy

Thanks Viv n Mary.
I think you would have both loved Arillas today.

A slight breeze but once again very warm with temps around that 28/29 deg mark.
Yesterday's heavier breeze looks to have helped the beach regain a little more space.
.

I don't think it's my imagination but there seems to be a few extra sundbeds springing up each day.
.

But.... I may be wrong about beds n brollies at the North end. I think they finish just a tad before, as usual. Sandy will put me right on that, very soon, I hope.

Cheers

Hi Negg and All,

I can answer for Sandy, and confirm that the brollies don't go right to the end of North Beach.

But may just have to go back and totally check that I'm right!!  ;)

Fabulous evening spent last night at Sandy's wonderful little house - Kevin, Kay, Barbara (Mum to one of 'em), Riggers, Colin and me, and Sandy's friend, Ang.

Continued in the Rainbow, where we met up with Neill and Wendy, and followed by the Coconut Bar.

I'm paying today though with a headache that won't go away....

How's your head, John?  ;)

Yammas,
lynn xx

Hi Neil
The beach is looking a bit wider - I do wish I was still there, hopefully I will be in September - It's a beautiful sunny day here in northern England, so once my house work is done I plan on sitting in the garden with a couple of glasses of wine, I pod on with one of my Greek courses on and sit there and dream about Arillas - I'm loving your daily reports.

Cheers

Arillas Today? - And wot can I say? ( poet but don't know it here )

As Mary says " The beach is looking wider" - Not as it looked last year but plenty of space for anyone to find a little spot, for a few hours , just to call "Home"
Crystal clear water , nosed by me early afternoon, so no excuse to get your body wet!

Marina Pool/Bar still busy so didn't attempt pics of Sharon. Portofino, as usual, with guests and people relaxing at Helens Creperie, I didn't venture up past Horizon etc but any good location, like that, on the beach, together with the friends we know, are sure to attract people.

Looking at a 31 deg temp right now at 18:45! - Wot's that all about?
Exchange still better than the UK but the best way to take advantage of it is bring commission fee T/C's or sterling.

Last night we felt very honoured at "Eftihias" - Young Efi has just got engaged and presented us with a bottle of wine. Not any bottle but one that was prepared purely for the big day. - How nice is that?

This afternoon saw a few games of arrows at the Rainbow with young 13 year old Alexandra in cracking form. She took my scalp a few times and also that of Riggers.
Hard work or wot?  Said our farewells to Kevin G who leaves tomorrow with Kay and Babs. ( Geoffrey with G here now though so another ear to bend , + M n M )
Lynn n Colin also had a bit of darts practice and Lynn hit her first Rainbow double!
Pics will follow soon of the very fine winning darts she threw (Riggers still in shock!)
Anyway, how can Riggers win in shorts and flip flops? Bit over confident if you ask me.

Today is a very fine example of what living here is all about.

Tomorrow night we will see Paul n Maria for a bite to eat and plans are underway to collar G with G.

Tonight is a siga siga evening as the day's efforts made have tired me out.

Cheers
Negg

Really nice to hear about Efi... she is such a lovely girl and her restaurant is definately a favourite ours.. no point in sending on our good wishes as she probably wont remember us unless we send a photo!  By the time we get back to Arillas she may well be married next time.
If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.

Thanks for bothering Eggy.

We will be there in 3 weeks. Jen and me don't take up much room - the North end will work and we don't need hundreds of acres of sand to feel good.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside, Oh I do like to be beside the sea, Oh I do like to stroll along the the prom prom prom while the brass band plays tiddley om pom pom.....

Well Jen and me will stroll along the prom prom prom and doubtless get tiddley om pom pom in anywhere that will put up with us. Hope you will join in...

We will visit Sharon at Marina, Brown Eyed Girl at Sea Breeze, Efi at Efthias. And all our usual haunts. We just wish it were Arillas TODAY.
Just wait Arillas. The White Van Man can get ready. WE ARE ON OUR WAY!

Arillas Today - first clouds we've seen all fortnight, but still a hot sunny day, just a bit more breeze, which is refreshing.

Just chilling out in the Cocounut bar with a Mythos, and deciding whether to hit the beach, the pool or darts............

Yammas to all
