It was actually a play (The Odyssey) on the beach not opera and it was fantastic. I only watched a bit of it but it was really magical. They had incorporated every aspect of the beach, together with some actors arriving in coloured mist on a boat. Sadly it was all in Greek though so I didn't understand what was being said but a lovely atmosphere and loads of people around.

Wow.  I would have loved to have watched the Odyssey.  I read that at college.  I gained an A level in Classical Civilisation (came in really handy that)

Glad you can't hear my voice as it sounds like I have been singing along to Robbie Williams songs with all my lung capacity. Well, In fact I did last along with the RW tribute artist called Jason G who was so much fun in the Nut. Everyone was in the party mood and Phil and Jen were seen strutting their stuff on the dance floor and Hels Bels and Keith were throwing some shapes too. Me? I was of course sitting quietly in a dark corner of the bar and actually manged to get home at quite respectable 3 am.

The weather this morning is once again just gorgeous and there will be another darts session this afternoon in the Rainbow. Now I must go and find me some coffee (and pass the ibuprofen please!)

If the temp of 30 deg plus is anything to go by then another cracker it was!
No breeze on the beach but plenty of wind at the Rainbow!

Poor Hels Bels ( Helen n Keith ) go home tomorrow so Keith took his despair out on me by hiiting things like "BULL" and other silly shots out in our mini darts tournament.
To make things worse Mark n Dee turned up to join Erja and Phil n Jen.
I'm not proud , I can lose to Mark as well as I can lose to Keith.
(Could have played better but the noise, those other Forum members made, put me off)
You're a rowdy lot!

A great afternoon and I'll miss the company of "Hels Bels" - Wegg will to ,of course.
Erja is here for 2 more days and Phil n Jen are slowly becoming part of the furniture.
( I mean that in the nicest way possible )

Not sure how long Mark n Dee will be here for but, if he continually beats me at darts I may pay for an early flight home for them!

Yep, it was fun yesterday to interfere with the darts players and cause a bit of commotion Sadly Hels Bels and Keith have just departed and I am getting on with my last day.

Last night we had a power cut that plunged the village into darkness for about an hour. I just finished drying my hair when the power went and then there was nowt else to do except find some alcohol.

Another gorgeous day here in Arillas and not too much of a hangover
