Karl
I think that when it gets quiet to the point I can hear a flea fart I know a problem may appear.
When I think I can hear 2 fleas farting in stereo I know I may have a bigger problem.!!

That said ... twas 25deg at 6pm and I made a visit to St George, this afternoon , to find a fairly 'ole busy beach  for the backend of October.
I found a busier beach at 15:30 in Arillas.... WOTSALLTHATABOUT?

Then a beer at "Beach Costas" and a throw of a dart or two.
(But I could not concentrate as I am sure I heard a flea farting!)

Today I sat on a bench loking over a very quiet Arillas beach and I think I heard three fleas farting. Twas time to go home on my hover Punto and feed the cats caviar.
I keep trying to train Black n White Fritzy to use a skake board but no success.
(Maybe our gravel drive does not help)

The outside temp guage still says 19eg at7:30pm?? Maybe tis broken?

Anyway money to be won. Soon I watch the live darts.-Watch out Karl. Luke Littler is back!

I don't see him winning the European mate, not sure why, just a feeling !

I have just got James Wade and Pietrezsko on a first round double. That's a win so far.
The treble is Luke Littler. He is back to his usual darts now and not those he had to use as per his sponsors. Good Oh..

I type this all at 22;13 Corfu time and we still have an 18 deg outside temp.

The big questions are.. Arillas tomorrow..
... Will Thallasa be open , will the bench on the jetty still be there.....will Grazella still be doing the biz, can I find somewhere to park....
and "Wot is going on at the old Arillas Inn? - Some working going on today"

Arillas moves slowly into the Ghost Town theme. When "Beach Kostas" closes on Friday, for up to 3 weeks, it looks to be only Anassis (Old Beach Point) for an afternoon drink or evening meal.
(And when Costas re-opens it may only be from Wednesday to Sunday)

We still enjoy temps from 20 deg rising from midday and the beach still has it's customers and still quite a few cars around.
I wonder if some leave their towels on the pier bench to reserve it?

Our Kavadaddes Kafenio also likes to close about 2pm. So it looks like I will be making many Sidari outings to Matts Bar. They still offer a large Draught for 3e so offsets the petrol cost.

All the cats are enjoying a sunnny 23deg afternoon today.

As for me? -Sunday house cleaning day and garden tidy. Wegg is back, from the UK at end of week.

Not much going on here at the mo. The flat racing season is on the way out. Don't like jumps.

Another 23 deg and warm. Very quiet all around. Not a dartboard in sight unless I travel to Roda!
Possibly another week and "Beach Costas" may be open.

An Ouzo at Home with a decent Zombie film is calling me.

Neill
Are you watching Daryl season 2?

He's probably not unless that's the bizarre name of a horse that's running in the 15.35 at Exeter today !  lol

Ron , nice to see you back. - I sent you an email backalong.

Karl, not Exeter. I am waiting for "Come on the Lads" - 5:30 Dundalk. Maybe a good 5/1.
(But I should be doing "Chasing out the Blues" - 2:10 Hexham)
and.. keep an eye on Wessel Nijman for the Grand Prix of darts. Overpriced at 33/1.

Anyway.....
I took a trip to Ag. George this afternoon. Deserted with a beach crying out for use.
Arillas beach was just as quiet and the only "goins on" were at Anassia. Mind you tis the only place open. 24 deg out n about with very few to share it!

Hopefully I will chase out the blues later.?
