Just realised  that the apartments on the first floor of the new building opposite the Tria Adelphi is called Tropicana 11 and available July/August 2007
Details are on the Tropicana site on the bottom of the home page.

Just incase anyone has an interest in business there, the Tropicana apartments are for sale! (The ones just round the corner from tria adelphia.)

Here is what the web site says:

"For the year 2007 we are available through Startour.dk
Our New apartmetns tropicana2 are now available for rent."

I am staying in Tropicana end of August because I will be travelling from Finland with my friend. The new Tropicana 2 apartments look really nice :)

does anyone know what the building opposite tria adelphi is going to be, looks like retail units on ground floor.

They're using part of it for greek classes for kids just now, not sure exactly whats gonna happen to it. I don't think it's finished yet. I did hear that the other apartments are for sale, so that they can concentrate on the new building.(I think it's all down to money).
