I've been at the end of August before and the weather has been great - still very hot, maybe a few thunderstorms but nothing to worry about. I've never been in September but have been told it rains sometimes but again, nothing horrendous....like here at the moment!

Hello gaye,

I will be going August 24th with my friend Heidi, so I'll be seeing you. End of August has always been nice and still quite hot. I remember especially my 25th B-day in Corfu, it was still +28 degrees at midnight on the August 29th. This year is my 40th B-day and expectations are high :)
Life is good ;)

The sun is out in Norwich - whey hey!!  But for how long is anyones guess!  The sky is really blue apart from quite a few clouds.

We've had torrential rain here in Huddersfield. We live right on top of a hill, so you automatically think "they're OK - no chance of flooding" - however our patio and lawns are water logged. You can hear water squelching under your feet when you walk out into the garden (yes, it's stopped raining here as well - for the moment!)
To all going to Arillas in August (or anytime really) have a SUPER time!
