Hi
I will be the first one to reply for an unusual present.

I have penchant for quality leather shoes, mainly brouges/semi brouges. I get a lot of satisfaction (sad I know) lining them all up and polishing them using wax and water.

I digress.

I got a pair of socks , not strange in itself, but these were patterned so they looked as though you were wearing a pair of lace up brouges.
