Jet2 now show some Corfu flights only for 2024 from Newcastle

Example basic  price for Sept 5th- 19th £594 (without any extras)

June 6th-20th £658 again the basic price

Leeds Bradford and East Midlands also showing


Could be other airports but have not checked them all, other than  Manchester or Stanstead which are not listed

A weeks package at the Rainbow (June 7th -14th 2024) from Leeds Bradford £507.

I'd be interested to know if any of the accomodation owners have actually signed any contracts for that far ahead, or if this is Jet2 just winging it, and changes to price/accomodation/flight times to be expected.

Can only speak for Jet2 and TUI. They have been  releasing  the dates early, I assume, so as to get some cash flow in these difficult times.

We have been booking Jet2,  flights only, to Corfu the past few years very early, as  soon as the flights are released. For example for Sept 2023 we booked Oct 2021.
Never had any problem  to date. Get, I think good prices.

We book  package holidays with TUI to Skiathos as equally early. We have been stopping with the same family   for 27years. I ring them up to confirm they will still be with TUI prior to making the booking. Never had a problem. So far.

I'd do the same too Geoff , 100% , if it works for you then great 👍
I know to at least 3 travel companies that sell (sold) packages to certain establishments that they don't even have contracts for that season with. Jet2 isn't one , Kosmar was one and the other 2 are large current operators.
I know as I contacted the owners direct on 2 occasions, as I had got to know them well through visiting Lesvos so many times,  to ask why they were in the Travel Operators brochure when they had said they were leaving to go independant. They confirmed they had left as they hadn't been paid all the money they were owed from the previous season.
On one occasion when we we there people paid to move into our appartments from the place they had been put in by the Travel Operator as it was terrible. They had originally booked to stay where we were but were told later they no longer dealt with the accommodation.
Like I say that is simply false selling , fraudulant I'd suggest 🙁

Looking at their schedules currently listed for 2024 most are packge holiday flights.

May:
8  package
10 flight only
June:
18  package
8 flights only
July:
18 package
10 flight only
Aug:
17 package
14 flight only
Sept:
15 package
10 flight only

They do change at times. Our 2023 flight was originly package only, but changed between the two several times. We booked flight only. It now shows as package only.
We experienced the same situation in 2022

Jet2 seem to be offering more flight only dates in their 2024 schedules

From Stansted at least The only problem for us,  is that  all the early morning flights in  September  are only available for package holidays. Checked a few other months and the same problem

Had a quick look at a few other airports and the situation is the same

They will release the package only dates nearer the time, just depends if you're willing to wait.
My daughter & friends flew out from Leeds & when more friends wanted to join her, they had to book from Manchester, and then more flight only dates were released from Leeds. Very frustrating for her friends who had to arrange early morning lifts to Manchester.

Package holiday dates for 2024 are available and have been since 2022. Its  flight only we want which have not been available for the dates we want, and now they are,  the early morning flights are package only.

EasyJet and Rynair have not released anything for Sept 2024 yet

Karl - as usual please let me know if you hear Ryanair flights out.  Last year East Midlands were not out until December but then I have known them be out in August.
