John the ref & Dot at the Akti 5/10/09

Will be back again October 5th 2009
Have been away too long
Well we got back on 20th July and from then on we have been Home Sick
So we will be back home soon

My Sister and her husband will be with us this time (first time for them) and they are as excited as us

Hi, John and Dot.     Have a great time in October. We agree, one visit a year is not enough.  Next time we book, it will be for three weeks, I think.
      Two months since we were there, where does time go???

We're not jealous. We're cool. Er well, no. Jen and me are really struggling not to be but we are.  RATBAG!!!

But another visit might be on the cards for us in October Half Term. Everything will be closed (like the dog Anna - yes please - will send yous a text) but we've done it before. Please keep your fingers crossed for PhilandJen.

The Rainbow will be open in the last week of October phil. Jimmy and Spiros stay there till the last plane leaves.

I know Sandy luvver. You are just like me, and Jen too really. Our every waking moment is full of Arillas and all it gives. But if we were like Eggy and there all the time it would be better for us. We don't do "holidays" any more. And like John and Dot, our love for our second home is overwhelming.

Life can be such a bitch. But you just have to get yourself up, dust yourself down and b****y get on with it. But sat on my bench (OK, yours too) I can start to cope with it all.

What you gonna do if they don't? Remember don't pressure them when they first arrive.....Well. Well do you like it ..do ya ..do ya? Let them get used to it a bit, afterall a LOT of people have said their initial reaction was "Ok but is this all there is?"

When they have had a little stroll along the front and out on the jetty things will be more appealing. A sit in the shade with a Mythos and they will begin to relax. In two days they will know they have found somewhere very special.

Tell you what John if they don't like it, we'll come with you next year. Families huh !!!

John the ref, we are in the akti again 25t sept to 9th oct, our 2nd two week hol this year. Have done 2weeks twice a year for the past few years. we love the akti and wont stay anywhere else. Look foward to meeting you there.
