Has anyone had their money back yet.

I booked two holidays to Arillas this year with Freedom flights. Fortunately I booked through a travel agent. I completed the relevent forms and was told to be patient as it may take some time to get my money back. I still haven't heard anything yet about when I am likely to get my money refunded and I was hoping that others may be able to give me some hope that things are moving along and that I will soon be reimbersed my money.

We also booked 2 flights but through Airflights . The flights were with Freedom Flights one to Kos last september and one to Arillas this june . We recieved both our money for the Kos flight and deposit for Arillas flight seperately about 6 weeks ago . We recieved letters saying it was being sorted out and that as there was a lot to get through NOT to ring them unless we had benn asked to do so . But I got restless after Xmas and decide to ring and it all went very smoothly for us , but I know of other people who have also not recieved any money back like yourself . If I were you I would get onto the travel agent you booked with and tell them to get a move on or if you have a letter from the CAA give them a ring direct . Hope this helps .

Hi Mick,

After numerous phone calls and emails, with no response.

I received a letter last Friday saying the money would be transferred direct into my bank account.

Checked the Bank the same day and there it was.

I assume it wasnt a debit card with the VISA logo. If it was VISA Debit card you would get your money back.
