How many of us actually go on walks. I don't mean to the Beach or to Tavernas.

I like to walk for at least 40 mins- 1 hour everyday on all different routes. Mainly first thing in a morning when it is cooler. About 7.30...  Also burns some of that lovely food and drink off.

I do Riggers.  I love the freedom and the quietness of Arillas in my early morning walk.  It's nice to round it off with a coffee in the Creperie when most peeps are just beginning to waken up.  (also I can buy up all the chocolate croissants in the bakery!)

So that was what you were doing that one morning when I was on the balcony with my cup of tea all blurry eyed :D .

But it is true, around 7 or 8 in the morning is a perfect temperature for a walk or a crawl home from friends place still a tad merry ;)

Ha Ha that's right Erja. I was on my final furlong back to base.  :)

Yes it is lovely and peaceful Eileen at that time.  :)

we go walking that time as well, then round it off with a nice breakfast either at the Captains, Porto Timoni in Afionas or the nice cafe on the beach in San Stefanos, our rewards for walking that far.
If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.

Good for you Sue. A well earned breakfast indeed.  :)

My trouble is I never like to miss anything. As a result, in Arillas I'm rarely in bed before 2am and always awake soon after 6am to have a swim....I always say I could do with a good holiday when I get home.....lol

As I've mentioned before, it always amazes me how few people are about early morning in Arillas.  Since having my bambino's the days of lie-ins are no more and I find that I can never sleep. I have promised my boys that for the first morning of hols i am not allowed to sneak to the beach before they wake up! spoilsports..

Also, BG, is porto timono near to Dionysis? Its just that on the map it looks a fair way away..

I know exactly what you mean Sandy! I tend to sleep like a log for about 4 hours and then I have just to get up so not to miss any of the time there. I do tend to nod off on the beach under the umbrella though :D

As for the walking, a little bit less of that because of my bad hind leg.
