Moving to arillas help!

Hi I'm moving in sept with my 2 kids and hubby 3 dogs and parrot to enjoy a better quality of life, but first off I need a good removals company and would be nice to meet up with any expats out there. We are going there for hols in july and hopefully staying in our house (may be a bit basic ) we are near phillips anyone else nearby?

Eileen's gorgeous place is nearby (if it is Philip at Tria you mean) and also Sandy and another forum member whose name escapes me! both ahve places nearby.  Not forgetting our famous roving reporter Eggy!

Hi Jo sorry I didn't fill in enough before. We are moving to corfu so as to spend time with the kids ages 3 & 5 and walk the tribe of dogs . Arillas is such a peaceful area out of season (thats before we arrive with the parrot) We are hoping to send the kids to a greek school and I'm trying to learn lingo now (my head hurts).We are lucky and my husbands retiring having sold his business. Really want to make some english friends there only know Simon & Maxine who are building our house at the mo. As for Phillips not sure where he is he has a bar/pool and apartments to rent and his dad does a mean sunday roast does this help?

Wow.  Sounds like a fantastic plan.  Have you been to Arillas many times before?

Lou you lucky thing.  Jo is correct about the other people who have houses and it is the Tria Adelphia you mean (re philip) you have to have the sunday roast there, the lamb (ccoked by his dad) melts in your mouth and Elenis roast spuds are too die for!

Eggy, Sandy and Eileen as mentioned by Jo will be able to give you loads of info.  PM them, i'm sure they won't mind.

Hi sharon thanks for reply that was the correct phillips already had a few roast from there your right a treat to die for. Thanks for the names will try to pm them later. Do you hols out there alot or are you longing for the move? We've been planning now for the last 4yrs and are still not ready .

Hi Lou, only been to Arillas twice last year.  July and Sept.  Absolutely love it, would love to live out there but cant even think of anything like that for years yet.  Will just have to make do with holidays.  Spoilt for anywhere else!
