If its only accommodation that you are looking for what about Bardis Sun hotel, they seem to be quite empty this year.  I can remember reading on another thread that they are taking independant bookings now.

Try The Hotel Marina - right by the beach and within staggering distance of the bars!!  Very reasonable and breakfast included.
