Debit cards

Just wondering if the tavernas are ok taking debit cards? I know the cash is better but as a back up plan in case we need it.

Ness, those who did still do if you know what I mean. We paid Brouklis for 8 people with a credit card, Thalassa took our debit card etc..... Nothing is different from last year in Arillas is my experience in most of July. And if they don't, the ATM will provide the cash anyway.

Aha, that's good. I survived on my credit card last year. The exchange rate was at least 3cents higher than anywhere else and no hidden charges. Including from the ATM
