I've been keeping up with the photo's on Facebook but hadn't realised there was a video as well. It's great to see it on camera like that.. I'm sat here giving deep sighs because it's just making me more impatient! I'm wishing i booked early than August now!! ha xx

I don't have much time, lately, to comment on the forum but I am just a bit concerned about the "Subject".

Eileen and Val are two lovely, very kind and thoughtful young ladies who wouldn't have meant anything when they commented on  the previous  post about "renovations". I would like to think that the subject can be changed.

Anyway...... Not gonna say what's happening at Rainbow or Tria or Nickos Pool and no photos posted.
(Unless of course someone can give me a basic idiot guide how to make the pics bigger !)

Both Rainbow and Tria are taking many daily hours away from the likes of Dimi n Phillip n both families to really give all a bit of an extra wow when you're here.
(Marvel Pool next to Rainbow looks good enough to jump in now!)

But.... Don't forget other local places who also target improvements every year.
Nickolettos, top of "Arillas Hill" is also working away (Today with a silly hat on-But it keeps the sun away!)

I bet youm like cats on a hot tin roof now, wondering what is going on!

Eileen - If you are reading this post. - Linakis looks like a building site - Hee Hee - Only joking.
Val - If you have sneaked in for a preview. - Tria Adlephia are using drawing pins on all sunbeds this year.
(Apparently they stick in the flesh and give a deeper tan!)

Loved the pics. Picking out a few faces I could put names to, the wonderful sight of a community working together to make their collective lives better, the backdrop of Arillas and Gravia.... I think the renovations are secondary to all of that.

That said, it is looking really good for 2014. The human interventions we are discussing here, combined with nature's contribution as the beach looks better and better by the day, make me feel very positive about this coming season. I pray that I am right.

Arillas is above personalities. It means different things to each of us, but it is our common factor. The view from Yiota's shop has become an icon on Facebook, which she photographs and posts every day in the season. It sort of captures the real point. We can do what the hell we like, but Arillas will still be itself no matter what we do.
