Hi Finney,

Hope you have a fantastic time and a special anniversary.

Kostas on the beach is the one.

Spiros and Damien will make it very special for you both, if you let them know in advance.

Hope you fall in love with Arillas.

John

Hi Finney

whereas you will struggle to find any taverna that isn't lovely in its own way, I would definitely reccommend Horizon, again on the seafront.  I reckon that has the added wow factor for such a special occasion. please let us know how you get on x

Thalassa or Horizon for a special meal. The view is the best!! But if you want something more Greek why not go to the Marina for their Greek night. Their waiters and waitresses do traditional Greek dancing and their children join in its great the food id good as well as the view as it is also on the seafront.

Thank you all for the replies and recommends, I will probably decide on the day where to eat but a meal watching the sunset with the woman I love sounds perfect.(but looks like I'll have to take the wife)
We will take pics and report on our first time.
Sorry about my subject line referring to locals as Arillasians, (sounds like someone off Star Trek) didn't realise it was Arilliacs.
Four weeks to go so watch this space.

As everyone has said I am sure you will love Arillas. I agree with Janis a pre dinner drink at Ammos is a must, watching the fabulous sun set, then dinner along the sea front.
We will be there the same time so if you see us please say hello. It will be easy to spot us( or hear us ) as we will have our gorgeous  20 month granddaughter with us.

Oh don't you justlove all these posts? One sniff of romance and the Arilliacs go wild! Everyone has their own favourite place to woo their beloved. Jen's and mine is Thalassa. We spent our 35th (or was it 36th?) anniversary there.

The point is, finney, you will be spoilt for choice. That is our Arillas....

And Finney, there is no 'official' term for Arillas lovers, so Arillasians was a good choice as well!!

Ammos for a lunch-snack or an afternoon drink,
then The Horizon to watch the stunning sunsets
especially at the top deck. Nothing comes better !!!
Concerning meals, I'm sure everyone will agree with me:
You can go anywhere in Arillas and be very pleased,
no matter where you choose to dine.

Hi
We hope you have a lovely anniversary, one of our favourites is Panorama at Afionas
We reserved one of the front tables to watch the sun go down for ours.
Spiros and Angela were fantastic and the food made our night.
The nice thing about Arillas and Afionas and the surrounding area is that you
run out of holiday before you run out of excellent places to eat. It leaves you
wanting to return over and over and over ........
I'm getting teary again
Have a super time

Ah yes almost forgot, if you want to venture 5 minutes away from Arillas there is the breathtaking Dionysos taverna, and if you want to truly take her breath away I would go there but all the beachfront tavernas would be beautiful as  well
