I contacted Tsb re Lost XL flights & they informed me that if your card has the Visa sign ..being debit or credit they will offer refund....I`m still waiting !!!!

Viv  guess what?....  just had XL flight money fefunded from Lloyds TSB......They must have read your post !!!
Now waiting for Barclay card to do the same for our other flights.......
