Summer Starts Here
Within the next week the roar of the engine's and the thrust of take off will mean that summer has arrived.
Thanks to the calendar we know who will be in Arillas at the start of the season.
Enjoy your flight and a safe journey to you all.

Yes John it is nearly here. Don't you think the planes outside seem to get louder as the time for your holiday is getting closer.

We hear them all the time as we live 5 mins from Gatwick.   They are taking off all the time and its eastward this morning.  You cant see them unless you are right in the vicinity of the airport but we see them circling around especially in the evening they are like satellites.     We arent directly under their flight path, even though they we would be if they build another runway!!    Ooops there goes another one!   You do get used to them though and its so convenient!   Summer always seems to be here (apart from the weather).

We should start seeing the fri flight to Corfu from Norwich this week.They come right over our house but quite high.Often give them a wave and through gritted teeth wish them a good holiday.

Lynda and my sister flew to Cyprus yesterday for 10 days.  I wished I was going with them but I have to remind myself I am going in September with Mike to Arillas!
