Brilliant!  I sang a long too.  2008 Arillas song I think!

Justjen’s verse was really witty,
I thought I’d write a little ditty.
It started ok but it grew and grew,
The line count was nearing 62.
Very soon it went off the page,
I couldn’t stop or disengage.
Finally, I looked at it and thought,
This isn’t a ditty, it’s a holiday report!
So posted in a new board today
Is Lynn and Colin’s holiday.

A bit like Mary had a little lamb....

Charlie had a bit of Lamb, it took a bit of chewin'
He tried to cut it with a knife, but there was nothing doin'

He asked the boss what had gone wrong as he couldn't even suck it
The answer was "I'm sorry about that, its the way we always cook it.

Poor Charlie went back to his room a bit sad that his meal had gone wrong
But woke next day to a blazing sun and an awful pong

The source of smell could not be found despite a lot of sniffing
But Charlie wouldn't eat there although their food was spiffing.

The holiday came to an end and it had been a great success.
Until he got to the Airport and got into a mess.

The Airport had long queues of people which caused him great disdain,
I think he was expecting his own private plane

But never mind never mind its all over now and the topic has ended
I just hope this little ditty has not saddened of offended

Run out of new posts to read so I've been going back to all the past stuff posted on here. There is such a wealth of talent and skill to be read. Won't name names but there are fabulous contributions from photographers, poets, posters, posers, p-artists (sorry Eggy I meant me...) etc.

I am so sad it is all stored away on Dimtris server's hard drive waiting to be seen again one day and then basically lost. I seriously recommend all to spend a while looking at the past posts on here. There is so much to learn and see.

Dimitris has created a virtual Arillas. I am glad to be part of it.
